Why I switched from Ninja Outreach to Buzzstream
That is why I am always in the pursuit of the tool that best fits my needs at the moment.
This means switching tools if necessary.
This week, I decided to switch from Ninja Outreach to Buzzstream for all my email and outreach marketing stuff.
I did so for these reasons:
1. Price
At $99/month, Ninja Outreach gives you 5,000 contacts and 2 users. Buzzstream on the other hand gives you 25,000 contacts for 3 users.
2. More CRM features
I like the more comprehensive feature set of Buzzstream. I can organize and tag my contacts better. Ninja Outreach stands out more on prospecting though. But, I prefer the CRM feature over that.
3. Faster overall
I feel like Buzzstream is significantly faster and more efficient than Ninja Outreach. It loads the database fast and I can get to one window to the other much faster.
I also had an issue with wrong links being imported with Ninja Outreach. I didn't experience it with Buzzstream.
So, that's it.
This week will be spent exporting all my contacts from Ninja Outreach to Buzzstream.
As with every change, it takes a lot of patience to go through the transition period. But once you have everything all set up, it gets easier and things become significantly better.
I will certainly miss Ninja Outreach. I loved the tool and have used it well for the last 8 months.
But, it's time for me to move on.
What tool are you using for outreach?
