Here in the Philippines, getting a haircut is pretty cheap.

I spend only around 200-250 pesos (around $4-5). That includes the tip!

Mind you, this is already on the expensive end.

There are barber shops on the streets that are as low as a dollar, including the tip.

I just choose the more expensive one because of the convenience, comfort and most of all the cleanliness of the place.
