Things are going to change
Before I share them one by one, let me just give you a picture of what I am feeling right now.
Allergic rhinitis is currently killing me. I'm sniffing as I am typing this.
It's been 2 weeks since I last had a good workout! Although I've been doing high intensity workouts here at home, I miss the gym.
I feel overwhelmed with the tasks I need to do in the coming days.
It's raining hard too.
Not sure if the last one is a factor. But, this situation suddenly pushed my mind to do these changes in the next few days:
- I will start to sleep early. I will do my best to wind down before midnight. I've been sleeping at 3-4AM for the past months and I don't think that's good.
- I'll start a new workout program. This time I'll take it to the next level. I'm doing one of those lean programs I got from bodybuilding.com which involves going to the gym 4 times a week and fixing a major nutrition problem I currently have.
- Wake up earlier. I'll target 6 or 7AM. This goes hand in hand with realization #1 above.
- I will blog more. I won't care about topics anymore. Just daily logs of my thoughts like this one.
I will end with those 4 for now.
I hope this isn't just a jolt of creativity and aspiration brought about by stress. I'm not getting any younger and I need to be improving my life every single day.
