Appreciation and recognition goes a long way.

A little "good job" actually makes the job better.

A sincere "this is amazing" makes a task brilliant.

An honest "I'm proud of you" builds up a whole lot of confidence.

I just got an affirmation today. It wasn't expected. But, it was the only motivation I needed to hear to re-energize me after a long and tiring day.

If only more people know how to appreciate, I could imagine how much better our workplaces would be.

Or on a more personal level --- how much better children would be.
